Because masa abused his mod powers by editing out Y's first post where he showed off his massive e-penis. This act in itself is a display of masa's e-penis; however, he did take it a bit too far.

I heartily endorse this decision. Just now, in the shower (I had to scrub off the filth from getting so nasty, sinking down to Y's level and all), I vowed that if no fun tie-breaker would be used, that I'd ask to withdraw myself from the contest for my abuse of moderator powers which may have skewed the poll.
