Year 2187 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2187), the planet earth is heading the global heating (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_heating) causing the human civilization facing destruction, people are unable to live on the earth's surface and they managed to make a new form of country called dome city, but as time goes, war and unstable land condition parted the dome cities and make them lost contact to each others. Shu is a teenage boy from Datania, a school typed city dome controlled by Zero, a data program, with the help of his human assistant Nines, and later Berk. they force the children who lived there to live and work as programmed using the reset system, resulting the children don't have any emotions, needs, or human instinct, like robots.
this seems like it could be a good series. certainly not the prettiest, but the concept seems interesting... I hope another group picks it up though...
edit - If having trouble with the subtitles, try renaming the subtitle file (SRT File) to the same thing as the video file. Use Media Player Classic.
This shows the potential to be one of my favorites out of everything being released now... I love dystopia concepts.
