It looks like the Hinata / Naruto relationship won't be resolved or is to be abandoned. We haven't seen her much at all, and it seems Naruto will end up going with Sakura.
Also, I really miss Shino and Kiba, I haven't seen them in action lately.
Im moving this thread to open discussion since it technically doesn't have anything to do with the manga.

I think Hinata is a weak character, I'm glad she's not around. I never liked her, always been a Sakura and Temari guy myself. Shino should appear more, but Kiba I can do without.

She had her chances, even during the fillers while Sakura was kissing Sasuke's shoes. However, there should be more chapters in the manga to solve this love relationship.

I gave up on seeing a romantic realtionships in Naruto..
Naruto: "[gir's name], you are the most special person in the world..."
and then Sasuke jumps up and says: "I'm far more special! i'm an uchiha!"
that's probably how it'll go...
anyway, I still hope Shino and Kiba dies,,, i never cared for them.

Last we saw hinata, she was serving neji and her father refreshments as they trained.....

I wouldn't assume at this point that Sakura will end up with Naruto. There were times in the past when it looked like Sasuke + Sakura would happen (when he was about to go with the Sound Four), and then it didn't. It also looked like Sakura + Naruto would materialize, but it hasn't so far. Ultimately I don't think Sakura deserves anyone, since she's such a weak character. Ditto for Hinata - I would go more for Hinata since she has potential as a strong female character, but Kishi just doesn't seem to like his female characters. He never gives them any dimension, they're just props for the male characters or love interests. If this changes, I would hope to see a good love relationship take off, but until then... meh.

Judging by the renders and pictures floating around of post time skip Hinata, I think we can assume she'll have some role.

I found her too shy and I believe that it was not a "ninja" attitude.

I've seen them around various renders sites.
Regardless, here's an article on wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hinata_Hyuga#Part_II
Hinata makes her Part II debut sporting longer hair and slightly different-colored clothing. Hinata's feelings for Naruto seem to have been magnified by his long absence; she wasn't able to bring herself to greet him, opting to hide instead and fainting when he rather loudly detects her. Like the rest of her teammates, Hinata has become a Chunin during the timeskip.
