Well, I just watched the first episode and kinda liked it. I think that people that like other FX shows like Rescue Me and Dirt will enjoy this. There's a bit of dark humor in it, but it's mostly drama. Think of the Beverly Hill Billies, with some cool actors and possibly a good dramatic plot. It has Eddie Izzard as the main character, what else do you want?
The main characters struggle with the southern accent throughout the episode, but it doesn't bother me much. Aside from that, the sound track was pretty good. Anyways, go check it out.
Here's the first episode:

The Riches centers around a traveling family of con artists. After completing a 2-year stint in prison, a married couple (played by Eddie Izzard and Minnie Driver) are now dealing with a drug addiction and begin to question their marginal lifestyle. Along with their three children, they assume the identities of a normal, higher-income bracket family.
The Riches is produced by FOX Television Studios in association with Maverick Television and distributed by the FX Television Network, where it has been given a 13 episode initial order.
