decent episode. at least they explained how luffy's going to get everyone back, but what is he going to do with 500 crew members if he wins? i'm guessing he will just take who/what he needs and takes off.

I was thinking to myself, "A boxing match? How can Luffy possibly loose seeing he can't be hurt by punches?" but Foxy has proved me wrong so far. It will be interesting for sure.
God I love the whole affro thing, so awesome. And Usopp's initial reaction was priceless.

well i expect that he's going to use the shipwrights to fix merry and get some things added to make her stronger (i think)
or he's going to say "I DONT WANT YOU I JUST WANTED MY CREW BACK"
anyway with luffy you never know hehe

The japanese have always held such high reverence for afros in stuff like boxing...
I wonder if it's because they can't grow one themselves?

Couldn't they just make their hair like that though?
Or it's possible that they're envious of the fact they can't have their hair grow like that naturally.

The afro in this episode was a surprise. Usopp's first reaction to seeing it in the dressing room was great, though. Plus he is hilarious when trying to impersonate a "soul brother".
Foxy sure knows how to use his ability, weak as I thought it initially was.
