I just wanted to contribute to these threads so here is a contribution a great site to read many mangas. they currently have favorites like berserk, ruroni kenshin, and naruto i hope this will help out many who wanna start up on new manga series, and old favorites.

sadly, DVDs doesn't stay playable forever

A USB 2.0 external hard drive does a whole lot longer than that though. Assuming you're not too rough on it.

I prefer to keep them secured somewhere, so I can read them whenever the whim strikes me. That site 'rotates' them, so you can basically only read the volumes when they are hosted. An archive bot or server is a lot better as far as I'm concerned.

Mangatraders is in english, has over 400 different titles, and downloads very nicely. There are a lot of other sites too where registration is not even required, and huge archive bots all over IRC.

We appreciate it, but I think I speak for a lot of us when I say please don't make a new thread just to advertise.
