It's done by the same mangaka who does Gantz.
It's about a kid who never left his room for 15 years since his mom died. And his dad recently married a hot hot hot young wife! Which the dad died and eventually the hot young wife has to take care of this weird guy in the room.
Because he's been in the room for 15 years he's socially inept, which makes this manga a really weird yet funny manga. Very interesting concept, really weird compared to anything or any series you've ever read.
