the Databook has an total page-count of 326 pages there will be many follow-up releases as we will release the book "Track" by "Track" (take a look at the indexpage (p25+p26) to see what I'm referring to). So; this isn't a "part 1 of 2" release --- this is just the "part 1 of many to follow" release.

Yes, it is translated but its not the whole thing. The original is 326 pages long and they have only translated 32 pages so far. That’s why they are releasing it in batches.
Most of it consists of pictures or illustrations but it does provide some vital information about the Bleach world itself.
