Nice to meet you. My name is Yoshimura Mamoru and today is supposed to be the start of my new life. From now on I`ll be attending a high school which is attached to the prestigious Tokyo Beatrice University.

Right when I arrived at the school full of expectations, this is where I met her, under the scattering storm of cherry blossoms. I could do nothing but gaze at an fantastic spectacle. The name of the beautiful girl before me was Takasu Ayako. And suddenly she confessed to me...

However, little did I know what awaited me after I accepted this stunning offer. She was in reality a rich and spoiled princess who moreover was the genius in control of the Tokyo Beatrice University and this is how my days of a love comedy began.

"Beatrice". It is a mysterious power that responds to people’s will and realize all of them. Tokyo Beatrice University Attached High School is the only school that teaches Beatrice called "magic appears in the real world".

Yoshimura Mamoru is a high school boy who was saved by Beatrice miraculously when he was a child. At the first day of the school, he meets a girl under the cherry trees on his way to the school. She orders him to go out with her.

Her name is Takasu Ayako. She is in the second grade and one year older than him. She is a director of student committee of discipline. Also, she is a granddaughter of a big-name politician, very beautiful, and a genius Beatrician who can even shoot a satellite down. She is called Witch Beatrice or Death Angel in Beatrice, but in fact, she is a pure-hearted girl.

I've watched the first 8 episodes and I really like it. It's made a lot better than the usual romance-comedys. The premise is also quite unique, with the girl confessing to him, and the kid being shotacon-like. Also the first time in awhile laughing outloud from watching an anime, the last time was Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu.

I just finished watching all the eps released by ToyBox so far and I've to admit this is a lot better series than I expected (I didn't honestly expect anything much).

It was a nice change, even if just a bit unlikely, how they ended up together right in the first episode and not towards the end of the series like it usually happens.

My only complaint would be that Mamoru doesn't seem to have any internal thoughts or motivation or plans. He just floats around following others. When he actually does something by himself, it's most of the time because some friendly soul pushed him to do it. Otherwise he would have just sat in his room thinking how he can't do anything. Even if he is a shotacon, he still should show some manly qualities every now and then.

Well, it does happen in real life that a realtion starts very quickly, at first sight. It's a nice change. I think I'll watch this show just because of this and because there are good opinions as of yet.

So I've been up to ep 21 by Toybox, currently dling those from Sekai-Ainex that finished the show:
Ep22

Ep23

Ep24(End)

It seems Seikai did steal Toybox's work in some previous releases... but now they are ahead...

This is a funny show and should just be taken lightly. A bit ecchi at times too...
The only annoying thing is that Mamoru ressembles a Kokeshi most of the time...

Bye

Edit: Sekai-Ainex subs are awful, encoding too... But at least I finished this
show.
