Tracker Down!!!

i am tryin to download Naruto 26-50 from gotwoot tracker
http://tracker.gotwoot.net:6968/announce

but it goes offline for too long and it doesnt stay much online wen it comes back+it hell gives low speed download rate....does anyone having the same problem or can help,pls?

Edit: i just tried to use Azurues instead of Utorrent and it gave me that the tracker status is OK but Utorrent says its offline??anyone know wats that??

The tracker is totally fine. It's probably you, your client config, possibly your ISP, and there's the off chance that it may be a connectivity issue with the server's host company.

i checked the tracker whille it says offline and it was fine..and my ISP is fine also...but on Azurues it never goes offline but the problem is Azurues is kinda slow in DL :(
