Eh, the combat aspect of marine encounters kinda just frustrate me.
Actually....pretty much any scenario where the main threat shifts from a super-powerful bad guy to a bunch of pathetic guys in a chronologically ascending story is just frustrating.

Really? The only other time I remember seeing it was on Wiper's shoe/dial. I don't think it's too surprising that Marine cells would be made of that stuff anyways, otherwise they wouldn't be able to contain DF users at all.

and yes, pretty much all marine cells are made of it too.

I agree with Augury, that hardended sea water isn't appearing EVERYWHERE...
I just watched the last 3 or 4 episodes, they've been pretty funny, especially when Ussop named the inspector Colondriano, it sounded awesome.
