There isn't an AMV thread here, so why not?
Here are three of my favorites:
Inertia - Sail On (Masterplan: Sail On) (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?v=84010)
Sail On was my favorite AMV for a pretty long time. Its all-around pretty awesome, with clips from across the anime. The footage really matches up well with the lyrics, so the video really grows on you the more you watch it and pick up on the lines that may have been missed the first few views. Sail On is probably the most well-made One Piece AMV I've seen, if not the most enjoyable.
istiv - Kaizoku no Bouken (Nickelback: Too Bad) (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?vid_id=31804)
Kaizoku no Bouken takes all of its material from Movie 4. I haven't seen Movie 4, but the AMV seems to retell the story or put a spin on it. It was pretty enjoyable, and I rewatched it quite a few times during the few weeks after I downloaded it.
sonueken - One Piece Pirates (Klaus Badelt: Barbarosa is Hungry, Klaus Badelt: He's A Pirate, Klaus Badelt: The Black Pearl) (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?vid_id=94395)
Although Pirates is probably the best AMV I've seen for the more casual One Piece fans, the footage used does go all the way up to the current arc(s) subbed by Gerusama and ADC-Heaven. Pirates follows a pretty simple chronological order that quickly flashes through the overall story in One Piece. The best part of the AMV is the music, which is from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean
Also, I was over at Arlong Park and read links on two AMVs on YouTube (DragonWarrior's favorites)
One Piece - "Don't Stop Me Now" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qs1E9UnMLRQ)
Pretty nice AMV that also seems to be mostly footage from Movie 4. There's some nice image/lyric synching going on, as well as some comedic moments.
One Piece Turtle Power (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Re1It9OpBLQ)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Need I say more? This was cool!
And finally, some One Piece AMVs that I've come across that I either kept a record of and forgot about or didn't like (but you know, different tastes and all that jazz):
Maverick - Pirates of Grandline (Pirates of the Caribbean: Theatrical Trailer) (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?vid_id=20704)
I don't remember much of this one... it was a trailer parody of Pirates of the Caribbean.
shywolf - Real Men (One Piece: Sekaiichi no Otoko to Yobareru Tame Ni) (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?vid_id=30156)
ZennMora - Behind the Pirate: Captain Hampton (Aquabats!: Captain Hampton and the Midget Pirates!) (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members/members_videoinfo.php?vid_id=9117)
This was a comedy/lip synch of Ussop telling lies with appropriate scenes which some people found hilarious. I didn't.
EDIT: broken link, bolding adjustments
