Bittorrent help and question!

I have a question when I'm downloading a torrent utorrent tells me how many seeds and peers there are. Right now I have a total of 25 seeds but I'm only connected to 8. I have 428 peers but I'm only connected to 78. I thought it would connect to more over time but 2 hours passed but it didn't.

There really isn't much you can do about that, at least not to my knowledge. If you want to make it go faster find a different torrent with more seeds or get a better ISP.

Because each client has a limit to how many peers it can connect to. If 453 peers connect to you, doesn't that mean you are connected to 453 others? Normally the limit per torrent is around 100, therefore it's impossible to connect to everyone in the pool.

Trust me, connecting to more than 100 doesn't really help to increase your speed unless you get really lucky and connect to an extremely fast uploader.
