FMA - Movie 2 with Subs?

As the topic above, I would like a recommendation of fan-subs. There's quite a few listed on isohunt. I don't like the Americanised fansubs. They tend to ruin the translation.

"DVD Full Metal Alchemist Movie The Conqueror of Shambala DVD". This one is listed in isohunt, under the "Shambala" search. I don't have a really fast connection, so I can't preview the files since it's DVD. Is this one with Dubs or Subs?

What I suggest is you get the following Fan-Sub. The group is one of the better ones for DVD encoding. Also many here have found it to be a very good encode besides myself. The one you found I'm not suggesting more on the fact I don't trust things labeled like that.
