Outlaw Star.

Durring the month, ive had some reccurring thoughts about the old show that used to be on toonami, when it was on in the afternoon, Outlaw Star. I loved that show, so i decided to go on an episode hunt. I had no luck for a while, until i found the whole complete series in Real Media (.rm) format. I hit the jackpot. :D. They are nice and small, (about 40mb a pop, and completley free), so the all the episodes could fit on a modern PC. If any outlaw star fans are reading this, that would like the link to where i found the episodes, here it is:

I would hardly call finding anime in real media format a jackpot... More like a crackpot...

Real media is the most inferior of all widespread formats, and just knowing the file size is 40 MB per episode is enough to tell you'll be watching either a stamp sized image or quality that would make gif animation look brilliant.

And your definition of a modern PC is an original one, if episodes can't be more than 40 MB for a 26 episodes series to fit on the HD.

I'm not coming down on you or anything..others probobly will take care of that later, just try to learn from your mistakes. You technically didn't break the rule, because this wasn't fullfiling a request, just providing a link, but you should always check to make sure something your posting isn't supposed to go in to a special forum. There aren't too many so you should catch on pretty fast.

Anyway, as Kraco said, RM sucks, if you want good Outlaw Star episodes look for some torrents, you should be able to find some on one of the many dump sites listed in the Anime Downloads section. Yes they are bigger, but they are much better, and if you have a DVD Burner all the better.
