Something about Nero Cd Images

I recently downloaded the game SWAT4 and it came as a Nero CD Image. Since I don't have a DVD writer to write the Image on DVD I was wondering if you could mount Nero Images onto Virtual Hard drives???

Download Daemon Tools. It simulates virtual dvd drives so you can mount ISOs and other disc images.

Thanks, mounted the image but it said it was unreadable. I heard from a friend that you can only run Nero CD Images when you burn it onto a CD or DVD, is this true? Thanks.

I don't think so. I could be wrong :confused:. What other files did the game come with, aside from the image file itself?

It just came with a whole lot of RAR files with the same Image in each one..nothing else. I just extracted one Image since its all the same and mounted it but it cannot read. Don't know what's wrong...maybe I should just save up for a DVD burner lol.

So it didn't come with any other file besides the image file? like a .CCD or .Sub? If it did come with another file, try unraring it and mounting that file instead. If you end up having to get a dvd burner I recommend the NEC ND-3550A... Dual Layer 16x DVD Burner. Only $37.00 USD
