I've been trying to watch Gundam Seed episode 1, I downloaded it and it runs fine, but the audio is in english. (the subtitles are also in english) I would like to know how to set it to run japanese audio with english subtitles. I downloaded the episode from boxtorrents and I would assume it is dual audio. (or at least hope) Thanks.

(actually it is an mkv file, not ogm. my mistake)

Before I can start helping you can you tell me what Player your using?

That and are you sure it's dual audio with subs?

No, i'm not sure it is dual audio, but it has english subs (and english audio) leading me to believe it is dual audio (why would they have english subtitles on it if it wasn't?). Also, I got the link from someone on gotwoot and I hope they wouldn't give me a link to a dubbed anime :eek:

Ok, I tried that, but its still english audio. How can I change it to japanese audio with that player/codec?

Yes, right click the screen and go to the filters options... there should be a setting somewhere there.

Use VLC Media Player. VLC - Video Lan Client

It is the best MP out there. You don't need to add codes, and if it's an .mkv file, simply start the file, and click 'audio' on the top, and goto Sound Tracks, and pick 1/2/3 or whatever.

VLC is actually a media player to avoid... I don't know if it has improved any, but it has the shittiest playback I've seen. The picture doesn't look as good, and the font styles look like shit. VLC is simply the answer to people that are lazy or are totally oblivious on how to make things work. VLC is the last resolve.
