well, i'm not sure what this show is about, but at least I beat Bud to making a topic on it!
Seriously though, this seems to be a remake of a much older series. The remake itself is quite old, 1996, and the first Reideen was from 1975 (wow, 10 years before i was born)
ANN classifies it as 'Older Children' and it is a mecha/sci-fi adventure type.
Anyone with more detailed info feel free to post! I'll post more when I get around to watching it..
Oh, the group that is subbing this is Central Anime. Man those guys love the oldies! They also do the subs for the mother of all space operas, Legend of Galactic Heroes.
