I hate you. More because I think this is an accurate description of what is going to happen. We can all hope it doesn't, and that Sasuke kills him at the first dick joke Sai cracks at Sasuke's expense. That would be a cool way to reintroduce Sasuke back into the manga.

so team seven must look for yet another replacement for sasuke. it must really suck constantly losing your teammates to bleached faced, pedophile. (insert random michael jackson joke). so this arc comes to an end, and i have to say i really enjoied. besides the convieniant (sp?)plot device of yamato being a poor mans shodaime its been awsome. the build up was great, and the fight wasnt draged on to the end of time like sakura and chiyo vs sasori. im a little sad to see sai leave the team early. sure most people thinks hes an ass, but i thought he was funny. oh well him and sasuke can angst over the lack of brotherly love together. hell... maybe they will become best friends... and sasuke will kill him for making too many penis jokes gaining the mangekyou sharingan. nah... im sure they will hate each other.

on another note... im really pissed that kishimoto found one more thing to keep up in the dark about. bad enough we havent seen all the faces of the akatsuki members, have a vague understanding of what they want, we dont know what the uchiha secret is, what happened to sais brother, and now we have to wonder about what sais mission really is and what the hell was in that envelope.

overall i really cant wait to see whats next. yamato heard everything and they are most likely reporting back to konoha to get further orders from tsunade. was what kabuto told them about the whereabouts of sasuke true? will tsunade send them to that location next? she wants to keep naruto on the move, but im voting on the akatsuki making another bold move in the next story. im excited.

2.Everything as from fans predicted: Yamato stopping Naruto, Orochimaru getting away again
3. Uber-stupid luck, that Naruto wears Tsunades crystal...if not, how would Yamato have been able to stop Naruto?
4.Only awsome scene was, when Orochimaru stabbed Sai...but then, it was only a bunshin...would have been great, if Oro wouldnt have given Sai attention and really killed him^^

It still can be. Sai might be pretending to jump sides in order to get close to Sasuke and kill him. Or maybe find Oro's location and spy on him. We'll have to wait and see if that happens.

Now, the following is just my opinion: Why are there always people that whine and moan about anime. So not everything that you wanted happened, get over it (in a nice way). i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif I believe that the chapter was really good. We found out that SAKURA REALLY LOVES NARUTO, but Yamato just couldn't finish telling her since Naruto conveniently woke up. What will happen with Sai, and what will Yamato do now that he saw everything happen between Oro and Sai? I'm really excited the way things are building up!

As useless she was before the time skip, I've always liked her (And Tenten)

Hopefully after this chapter the other teams will FINALLY have screen time. Not just one or two panels.

Heck, not even Team Gai had enough time, even though they went with Team Kakashi against Akatsuki.

I think the anime will make fillers for those four battles though...

Like they said before, Sai's mission could be to infiltrate the Sound and assasinate Sasuke.
Then we will finally meet Sasuke and he will kill/defeat Sai.

Danzou maybe explains his plan to Tsunade, when Yamato reports. And Naruto and Sakura will hear and get mad at him or something. Only those 2 and (of those we have seen) have still shown hope of bringing Sasuke back. The rest we haven't seen of don't care about a traitor.

you sir are a saint, and a voice or reason. since im certain that this comment may be in response to my behavior, i feel the need to justify myself. i have nothing against MFauli or right to express his opioin. i found the opinion itself that the fight was pointelss because no one died was rather ignorant it had no consideration for plot development. therefore i vioced an antithesis (rather emotionally because ignorant comments have a habit of pissing me off) however remember i wasnt the one that equally ignorant comment of saying MFauli is an idiot that should stop reading naruto (although benjaminz misinterpreted it that way). but all in all its almost impossible to have discussion without heated debate. thats half the fun

No, every now and then Shonen Jump orders one of the authors to do short chapters for at least one volume worth. This is so they have more time to do stuff like Calenders, Data books, Art books and even help out with Anime if the Director request some help.

back to the topic, is it just me or is anybody else getting the feeling that sasuke is going to die? I just can't see oro getting killed by sasuke. Oro will forcefully take over sasuke's body, or sasuke being a good boy he is sacrfice himself and take out Oro while the process of taking over takes place.

I can't see Kishi killing off Sasuke. It feels impossible. I'm pretty sure Sasuke will end up killing Oro though.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Sai was planning on that. Although, there could be one, horrifiying possibility....Sai is an Uchiha....Or perhaps some other rare bloodline that Orochimaru might view above Sasuke.

More than likely Akatsuki won't appear for a while, so that they can increase they're collection of Bichu, then come back for Naruto....Save the best for last, right?

Yeah its pretty clear Tsunade knew what she was doing when she gave him a necklace with her grandfathers chakra in it when we know what it was that made him Hogake.


I want them to let us know more about what Sakura said about Kyubi healing naruto slower than before. Maybe kyubi used too much power when he used the 4 tails so he coulndt heal naruto as quickly as before. Yamato did say "this is what jiraya..." Maybe the healing being slower is something that happens as he used more tails. Maybe kyubi is a little like 8 gates. Tail 9 uses so much chakra that no healing can save naruto.

I'm just so curious what Sai must have said to gain Orochimaru's trust on the spot. Danzo and Orochimaru are "the same" in that they were both overlooked for the position of Hokage but Danzo never becamse an evil seed who defected from Konoha. And it certainly did not seem that Orochimaru was expecting Sai which would indicate that Danzo and Orochi kept ties for a while. Orochimaru did say something like "so Danzo's not dead yet?" or something so there goes that. It seems the only person Orochimaru has ever trusted without having raised the kid himself is Kabuto.

Sai made his move - it wasn't Naruto based as I thought and a lot less interesting
Oro / Naruto played out - there wasnt as much as i would hope and it wasn't as action packed late in the game... hopefully its animated well
Sakura / Kabuto never got started - its a shame... i was hoping Sakura could make her first long term 'enemy' (no ino dont count)


So for the near future:
Sai hasn't made his last move... I suspect he is using his fake smile to get near Oro / Sasuke - the panel of him telling Sakura 'he will have to remember that' (using a fake smile to get near someone to hit them) has about as much foreshadowing as sasuke saying 'you wont even scratch this forehead'
Yamato hasnt done anything major yet... which is a shame. I'm hoping to see him in real combat but it looks like the 6 are going to split (3 good / 3 bad) - the chapter description holds some hope with 'Yamatos Compass' - maybe he can track Sai / Oro with it - hopefully Yamato squares up against SOMEONE - Kakashi had wipped out the Sharingan 1v1 in the 7th episode =P Yamato is going on 20?
Naruto bounced back fast... way to go Sakura - hes obviously going to be quirky for the next few chapters to make up for how serious he has been as of late - and when he finds out Sai has gone off to 'join Oro' he is going to have a minor heart attack

Don't be so sure. Maybe Roots considers Akatsuki a greater threat than Orochimaru. Roots is a lot like the CIA. Remember that many tiems in the last fifty years the CIA has supported certain undesireable groups/states in order to fight other undesireable groups/states.

They have heavily foreshadowed that Danzo is not to be trusted... but he has not done anything yet that would confirm he is a bad guy so its still in the Kishi 'haha got ya' catagory for me

I wouldn't want Yamato to be on the bad guys team if I where a good one. He is a clone of the first, that alone is quite troublesome, but it would feel like somehow the first was a bad guy or a traitor.
Plot wise it would be a nice turn but history wise... I still think that no matters how yamato is going to die. He is like a trump card with his kyubii control jutsu, as long as they have that naruto cant be fully used as a weapon, or give himself to rage again, if Yamato is always there for containing purposes.

On the contrary, I think Naruto can never revert from kyubi form back to normal without the aid of advanced trump cards like Yamato's seal.

If Yamato is gone, then the next time Naruto goes 4+ tailed kyubi, it may leave him with no choice but to work up to 9 tails, in which case he'd probably kill himself.

I disagree.

If it was just a slope to 9 tail from 4 tail then he would be there...
Obviously Naruto is not in control of how many tails he has (after 4)
I think its just Chakra... and even with the seemingly limitless battery that is the Kyubi his body can only handle so much
We've seen this with all his fights where he collapses at the end of using the Kyubi Chakra (Oro / Gaara / Sasuke / Oro2)
He has only ever not done it when he has someone to heal him or doesnt use all he was given

He's like Kakashi - can go strong but passes out at the end of the fight
