It's reallly kinda sad that both the manga readers and anime watchers could have nice discussion about zetsu with few spoilers simply because of the fact that we still don't know jack shit about him. Sigh, I guess we'll have to continue to play the waiting game to see how badass he is. So far all he's really done is serve as the atkaski's scout.

Well he also seems to be kind of like a cleaner destroying any evidence left behind I would not be surpriced if he also ate the Sasori. having a scout is very important especially for Akatsuki and his very good at it he has been really close to some of the people with out them even noticing him.

He's the akatsuki I care the least for, though I am still of course pretty interested in what he can do.
Also, I don't think I've seen a split personality two-face cannibal before, so it's a fresh mix.

Exactly. Kishimoto needs to set his priorities straight. We want to see more Akatsuki, we want to know what they -really- want. Enough Sasuke chasing, I say.

If I wasn't reading the Manga, and was watching the Anime, I would have forgotten about Zetsu lonnnng ago. He appeared in the Anime for a short while like, 40 episodes ago lol.

That would be cool if they left the Atatsuki leader a mystery, but I doubt that's going to happen.

I really, TRULY, wish kishimoto doesn't start giving people what they really want to see. With that as the motivation to put out a story, it becomes crap. Dead people start reviving, series start going on endlessly, needlessly so, all for the sake of pleasing as many as possible, and raking in the cash. I wish story creators would just come up with a story, in its entirety, and put it out in anime, unaltered. If there is an alteration, it should be motivated by them feeling that the alteration will improve the story, not by fan response. This way, viewers can say "wow, that was a great anime" or "wow, that wasn't that great of an anime" instead of "holy shit this guy's a fucking sellout he went to hell and took the anime with him."

i agee with you man we DO indeed need to see something like that happen very soon. yea, we know he's a venus fly trap. although it would be fun to see im fight for once. But i'd love to see the leader fight orochimaru, now THAT would be a fight. Or Itachi and orochimaru.
