I bet Sai is really strong and then Naruto gets mad because he's showing off too much. Though Sakura didn't like Sai at the start, she starts to like him and Sai starts to like her too. This makes Naruto really jealous and he does his usual stuff when he gets jealous. It will all be similar to when they were young and Sasuke was still there, but the only difference is Sai likes Sakura. Or maybe he plays with her feelings which gets Naruto pissed also!

His Sharingan is too dangerous to let someone else have it. So either let him back in and hold him on short leash or kill him. I'm not sure if Tsunade is already at the point of killing Sasuke, they may need him against Itachi.

Though, I'd hardly use the phrase "more often than not," because, unless your definition of "great ninjas" is different from mine, I really don't see how that could be true. For one thing, if we consider all Jounin "good," and all Sannin/Kage "great," none of them have any reported bloodline limits.

They don't HAVE to, but since it's so rare in the Naruto world, it's to be expected that Kishi will let us know as soon as a new bloodline limit character shows up. That's how it's been so far, at least.

I think I rememberat the opening of one of the naruto chapters, the one with deidara gracing the first page, the sidebar said something to the effect that he was a "genius". If "genius" still has the same meaning as I remember it having, he has a bloodline limit/power granting genetic mutation, which is probably that mouth coming out of his hand.
