Why is the timing off in the video? I was hoping for high quality releases like you guys usually do? Is it just a problem with my computer or an issue with codecs?

What video program do you use? Windows Media Player is famous for having audio go faster than video and the video not catching up later. I always use RealPlayer for Gundam Seed Destiny, and Winamp for Naruto.

no, the problem is not naruto, its your computer, try using another Player (like VLC or Media Player Classic), also try to install the newest codec

it also might be because of the lack of resources. close down the unnecessary programs that are running.
