Looks like there's a red airlock/trapdoor thing at the bottom that opens up when it's placed on the dispenser and closes when taken off.

Weird part is you can't see them on the empty cups off to her left. It's like they magically appear when she flips them over. They must be black/silver on the bottom and red on the top.

Well, for some reason Microsoft didn't really foresee the potential in the Kinect technology.
Or rather they did, but knew they wouldn't be able to unleash its full potential all by themselves, hence their move letting it open for hacks of all kinds.

When I mean potential, I also think of the years to come.

In a deep analytical sense, it's not just a "WTF" video, but a comedy-satire one that depicts the [Japanese] realities of this world in a skit.

I'll try to explain parts of the video, though I do not know the origin.

1. Instructors may not know what they're actually teaching.

2. Students/young people are oblivious sometimes to what they're being told and thus conform to their instructors' ideologies and method of training which dwindles creativity/innovation.

3. The stresses of the working salarypeople is so strenuous that it may divide a person into bipolarity which reflects the Japanese culture. Their mannerisms are revered for being very polite, but deep within their thoughts, the people may hold malicious intent - this is clearly seen on 2channel and other similar Japanese boards where the messages shared aren't as friendly as in real life.

4. Because the old man had utters, it symbolizes how his family is milking him for everything he has (money).

5. The bloodsucker had a face of an elderly person. This symbolizes that the older people are depending so much on the younger populations that they've actually become like leeches. Japan will be facing a demographics crisis within a couple decades and with a pyramid base trying to balance itself on a pyramid peak (pensions, welfare, living with children/grandchildren, etc.), it's bound to collapse.

6. How the delinquents in society can intimidate and mentally break apart a Japanese adult with rude etiquette and mannerisms.

7. etc.

Like I said, people, learn how to look at the bigger picture.

No, but now I keep a few buckets in my arsenel because some guards just refuse to look away. xD

They weigh close to nothing too, so it's cool. I'm not sure if I want to swap over to kettles instead though. They're much heavier (especially when you have a lot of stolen goods on you), but they make a CLANG on the ground when the guard manages to dislodge it off his head, so you know when he's looking. (since some items are out of reach from a crouching position).
