Bleach: The sealed sword frenzy

I have looked all over the place and I can't find this. I have found the first ova memories in the rain and 13 squad omake. This is the full name of what I have figured out "Jump Festa 2004: The Sealed Sword Frenzy" but that's also all I know about it. Does anyone know where I can find this or doesn't it exict at all?
