I watched a couple of minutes... and there are too many bishounens... I hope this doesn't turn out to be yaoi...

Shounen-ai I might be able to tolerate, we'll see

The show looks cool but I favor the others more. I'll continue to watch it to see if it gets more interesting.

Yeah I noticed that too, but I'm hoping a female lead will show up soon. The story doesn't seem to bad though so I'll definitely check out episode 2.

This is definetley a shouen-ai show. It's listed under Sci Fi, Shounen (i assume this means the same thing as Shounen-ai) at Anime News Network, check the 2nd link in the top post. So far it seems they have 7 episodes slated, but looks like it could be much longer.

I don't really have any problems with shounen-ai in anime. As long as it still presents a decent storyline I'll keep watching. Some very interesting concepts introduced in the 1st episode, the artificial soldiers thing especially. The one thing I can't stand in shows like this is when they only focus on the lovey-dovey stuff (exception is KKM, which is just pretty funny in its silliness as it pokes fun at its own shounen-ai genre) and you just get alot of fodder for crazy yaoi fangirls to write crappy fanfics about pre-pubescent boys hooking up with one another...

BOTTOM LINE FOR THIS SHOW: If you can't stand gay, stay far far away.

Bish bish bish bish bish blah...

Episode 2 now and I'm still not seeing much... The new character Fon is a little pansy, but what can you expect at a prep school like that? My biggest worry is that Agate will simply use his mysterious power to solve all problems and the show will never have any element of tension or suspense... They'd better have a damn good explanation for how he can do all that stuff... Is he God?

Oh, and who else thought it was amusing that the first ugly people in this series were the bad guys from the rival Military Academy? I thought that was pretty funny. Actually, a better question might be, who else is actually watching this show? (and even if Beryl's arm was healed, how'd he win with that stub for a fencing sword?...)

Episode 3 was better, though still pretty weak...

Vespia might make a pretty cool badguy, just have to wait and see. He definetley isn't all together in the head... Should ditch that ugly overcoat...

That whole conversation between Beryl and Hema was pretty out there and didnt seem to relate to what was going on much.

And I don't know how long I can stomach all of Agate's powers. A kid doing all that? At this rate there's nothing that can even put a scratch on him...

I'll DL this one....but ...this show is wearing thin on my patience. Something good better happen soon, or I'm ditching it.

EDIT: 4 was the best episode, by far. Some of the Chrome Troops are pretty cool and we're starting to learn about Agate's bakcstory. I sorta wish they'd had more of Chalce in the actual show... he seems to be the biggest individual in the storyline, but he got all of 3 or 4 lines.......And the next episode looks to be a bunch of fluff...

As I thought, not really an eventful episode.... Some parts of it were OK, but overall... mediocre... at best.
Looks like episode 6 will return back to the main storyline. I want to see Fon pop a cap in someone! (yeh right!)

No, this show isn't that good, but I can't believe nobody is watching it! It still has some decent aspects in it. I guess the whole evident BL/Shounen-ai thing really scares everyone away.

Finally they're back to the main story...I was getting a bit worried will all the recap/fillers when they're only at episode 11. It's getting pretty good now though(I'd say..but it's pretty much spoiler material).

One boring moring I decided to watch the first 12 episodes... The series is boring, and the gayness is too much to bear, but as I said it was a very boring morning. Now I'm stuck with this crap since I hate dropping series more than anything, so I'll keep watching. Downloading episode 13 now.
