This was a really crazy show that was shown on basic channels around 730- 8AM on weekdays about 10 or 12 years ago.
The plot was that humanity created a race of blue-skinned humanoids to basically be their slaves. The slaves rebelled and managed to capture Earth, along with Venus (and Mars for a short time) and sent out to turn the tables on humanity. The show follows the struggles of the humans, equipped with mecha-esque units called Exo, as they try to regain control of the three planets.
I can't remember if this show was an anime or an American cartoon but it SERIOUSLY KICKED ASS! The battles were pretty cool, the animation decent. But what was best was that the characters, who were vastly different and always clashing, would be killed off over the course of the series. It was a show about war and it showed that war has casualties on both sides. It's been forever since I've seen it and I can't seem to find it anywhere!
