Question of preference

Just like the summary said, sorry if this has been done, I looked around but might of missed it.
Anyhow to the point, looking over at boxtorrents.com I just wonderd do you guys usually download dual-audio format if avaiable or just normal dudbed? Is the quality of the video and sub titles that much differnt? This is posted in this forum because I wanted to download Gundamn SEED and perhaps season 1 of DESTINEY but for SEED both dual audio and normal dubed (but taken from MANY differnt fan subs) were both avaiable.

Just wondering out of your own prefrence, which would you choose and why. Also answering any question in the paragraph above ^^ thanks.

Edit: I'm such a n00b >_< but where can I download any episodes not avaiable on box torrents? I was looking for the haro site but no go >_<. A link to some fansubs that have either or both of SEED and Destiny would rock. Thanks ahead of time and apologies for wasting up your time.

Dual Audio, like PSJ said, those are DVD-Rips and they have amazing quality.

Lol, i remember when i downloaded DBZ eps from Kazaa, every ep was like 15 mb and i was amazed that i could watch videos on my comp.
