This is two very good bands. Both among my favorites. The 69 Eyes is the best gothic rock band ever. It's what you get if you mix Sisters of Mercy with any given hard rock band with a metal edge. And the front man is so damn sexy. *growl* Jyrki rules! HIM is also very good. Both of these bands are masters of gothic rock, but I think I prefer 69. Although HIM's new album which recently came out has me listening to them more now.

Rip out the wings of a butterfly (the full name) is a good song, but not the best on the album. Go get Dark Light!

Great bands. The 69 eyes takes the cake though. I like them better than HIM.

My favorite album got to be Wrap your troubles in dreams, for some reason that album did it for me. All of their works are of course very good.

HIM on the other hand got this red string through their albums, somehow they manage to give you the same nice feeling through all of their albums, i think this feeling draws people to the band.

I love both of those bands. But like most of you, i have The 69 Eyes as my favorits.
