Naruto: Narutimate Hero 3

Bandai announced they will release Naruto: Narutimate Hero 3 for PS2 in winter 2005, the 3rd installment of the popular Naruto fighting game.

They're already got a strong cast of characters in Narutimate Hero 2..... No doubt the Sasuke chase arc characters are going to be in this one.

Sure hope they tweak the game play a bit as it's pretty boring to tap the same buttons over and over again in the specials moves.

Yes the Kakke Rokkujuyon shou was already in the first game. It's a level 3 special, and you need to at least get to the second/third part I think.
