Problem connecting to tracker - timeout exceeded

Hey guys, can someone help me fix this error i keep on getting? I get this error with all BT files.

I've gotten that error from time to time as well. What I did was whenever the error showed up, I just canceled the download and opened it again and kept repeating until it connected. Right Click the torrent and Save the torrent to your computer first though, because I opened the client repeatedly from the torrent file.

Hey i got an Error when i was gonnna down load a bittorent.
It stod that i need Java when i where gonna down did this come up :
