does anyone know where to get it because i cant find it?

You can get Falco by Hitomi Shimatani (the opening theme of Law of Ueki) from Gendou (http://gendou.com/amusic/?filter=Ueki&match=0). The only thing is that you have to register which in my opinion is ok since it's a great source for anime music. Hope I could help.
