How come they dun show the Earth Alliance no more? U just dun see them, all u see is the zaft, orb and blue cosmos fighting

EA's pretty much splintered now. Some fight alongside the ZAFT forces.

The REAL reason is that Heaven's Base was the main base of the EAF. And if you remember, Heven's Base got powned.

Yes, and the fact that a number of EAF nations has joined the ZAFT forces in the pursuit of Logos..

The loyal EAF still has the moon base though, at least that's what I understood from Djibrill.

Acctually it is very specific who rebelled. The EAF has been dominated by the Atlantic Federation since the Battle at JOSH-A. The vast majority of soldiers that were left behind there as bait were Euraisian troops. Even before then Euraisia was more rival then ally of the Atlantic Federation. After Dullindal's speach it was the Eurasion fleet that joined ZAFT at Gibralter. The Atlantic Federation is the faction that stayed loyal to Djibril, and are still fighting, though they are crumbling.
