I don't know how many people here have had an opportunity too see this but I was searching through forums.Zeonic-Corps.net looking for new Astray Scanlations (you have to register) and came across this. Personally I think it is really cool. According to the posts there it is an acctual MSV opening to the Gundam SEED: Never Ending Tomorrow PS2 game.

Oh, and Terra, both Miguel and Shiho appear in this video.

That was a nice video there. Definately brought up my respect for Miguel, looks like he wasn't an ordinary grunt pilot. And some of the gundams are oh so cool. Is it a gundam fighting game?

I promise you he wasn't. I can't find the volume it is in without searching, but in one of the Astray GNs it has a short story from before SEED. Miguel had his own customized Ginn which was superior to normal Ginns, however it was damaged in a battle against Gai Murakumo (future Astray Blue Frame pilot) before the attack on Heliopolis. In fact as soon as Miguel returned from that fight is when they set course for Heliopolis.

EDIT: Also he was one of those Ace Pilots that acctually earned a nickname. I will post it here later when I find the book.

Then now when i think about it, the way he lost to Kira in Seed was pretty sad. Such a good pilot.....

Anyway found his nick : Magic Bullet of Dusk. Kinda funny for him but i didn't read the astray manga so that comment might not be appropriate.

Gundam Seed: Never Ending Tomorrow the PS2 game will be released on the 27 Sep 2005 btw.

I imported the game (Terra downloaded it I think) and it is kind of fun. Its like Zone of the Enders...except its toned down a bit. But the game isn't bad. Its a good idea for you guys to get the English version of the game, going through the menu's to find what you want becomes a pain >_<. Plus, I didn't know what the narrator was saying for each character you play as in MSV mode (each character gets a little opening and then you start their level).

Yeah Curium I know, I have that game actually. It's a great video clip, I always watch it before starting the MSV mode.

Good game, but it got boring quickly. It was nice to pilot Providence with Shani using Yzak as a backup though. i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif
(He'd come in on the screen and scream KUSO! and you'd get super powarz!)

Edit: About Miguel, I have a hard time accepting him as a good pilot, because to me it feels like he was a generic guy who died in Seed and then they just invented some bogus backstory to make him seem cooler than he was - to sell model kits, probably.

Also, Magic Bullet of Dusk is one incredibly silly nickname.

After seeing that MSV opener, I took a look into mahq's Gundam Seed MSV database, and I found a LOT of cool mobile suits that they highlighted. I also found a new one for destiny that made me fall out of my chair laughing. ZAKU Splendor, which uses Impulse-modeled flyers to form up. Come on! They're grunt troops! You don't need a 3 piece suit. (pun intended.)

I was going through there as well, on the GSD MSV it lists Destiny Impulse. Because I saw that I started looking for the Gaia, Abyss, and Chaos Impulses. I found them in the listing for Destiny Astray. http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gund...stiny-astray/index.htm (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/destiny-astray/index.htm) . It would be interesting to see them acctually appear in the manga.

Went thru the list, thanks for posting it up Curium.

Of the 3 Impulse modes, Abyss mode seems to be my fave, followed by Chaos. Gaia mode grossed me out though, whoever thought of this MSV deserves to be shot...a 4-legged gundam still retaining its upper torso, the least he could do was make it look like an animal or something.

Something about the clip, what was that 2nd gundam that appeared after Raider spec? Looks suspiciously like a remodeled version of Buster.

MSVs in order of first appearance (for anyone that doesn't recognize one or more):

GAT-333 Raider Full Spec (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/gat-333.htm)
GAT/A-01E2 Buster Dagger (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/gata-01e2.htm)
GAT-01D1 Duel Dagger Fortrestra Mode (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/gat-01d1.htm)
GAT-X133 Sword Calamity (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/gat-x133.htm)

Sorry, I don't recognize all of the large group of ZAFT units (the scene after it shows Ed the Ripper in front of both his Sword Calamity and the Raider Full Spec). The ones I do see;
YF-3A GINN FEMWS (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/yf-3a.htm)
AME-WAC01 DINN Special Electronic Installation Type (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/ame-wac01.htm)
UTA/TE-6 GOOhN Underground Mobility Test Type (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/utate-6.htm)
YFX-200 CGUE DEEP Arms (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/yfx-200.htm)
YFX-600R GuAIZ Experimental Firearms Type (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/yfx-600r.htm)
ZGMF-1017M GINN High Maneuver Type (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/zgmf-1017m.htm)
Right next to the GINN High Maneuver, there is a Gundam that looks like a variation of Providence without the backpack. I can't identify it though.
ZGMF-X11A Regenerate Gundam (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/astrayr/zgmf-x11a.htm)

Now after that group;
ZGMF-1017 GINN Miguel Aiman Custom (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/zgmf-1017-miguel.htm)
UWMF/S-1 GINN WASP Type (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/uwmfs-1.htm) - I think that is what is following the GOOhN underwater
GAT-X255 Forbidden Blue (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/gat-x255.htm)
MBF-P01-Re<AMATU> Gundam Astray (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/astray/mbf-p01-re.htm)
MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/astray/mbf-p02.htm) (you never know, someone might not know)
MBF-P03 Gundam Astray Blue Frame 2nd L (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/astray/mbf-p03-2l.htm)
GAT-01A1+AQM/E-X04 Gunbarrel Dagger (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/gat-01a1+aqme-x04.htm)
MBF-02+P202QX Strike Rouge IWSP (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/mbf-02+p202qx.htm)
MBF-M1A M1A Astray (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/seed-msv/mbf-m1a.htm)

There is then a series of 3 white MSs that (a GINN, a Dagger, and an Astray looking one) with a pilot I don't recognize.

YMF-X000A Dreadnought Gundam (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/xastray/ymf-x000a.htm)
CAT1-X1/3 Hyperion Gundam Unit 1 (http://www.mahq.net/mecha/gundam/xastray/cat1-x1-3.htm)

That CGUE DEEP Arms is also known as the SYGOO though I don't remember what it stands for. The GuAIZ Experimental Firearms looks like Freedom, seriously. GuAIZ don't need to be a freedom. That Providence looks like a Sword Providence, I believe, although I don't think Mahq has that one in their list.

Never heard the Sygoo bit before a few days ago somewhere. Also the GuAIZ Experimental Firearms looks like Freedom because it was the testbed for the systems developed that would later be used in Freedom and Justice. And apparently ZAFT disagrees with ur view on being like Freedom as they redesigned it to have rail guns later on before the ZAKU replaces it.
