well for those of you who have seen and remember guyver the original 12 episodes..that in somes opinion where just fudgin awsome..well...then this could be very exciting news..

apparently august 6th is when the new guyver series will start..these links have info..from not to long ago..they finally added content to the site....and finally shows what they where planning..now like all people who have there favourite anime..and would hope to see a anime group pick it up..i like all others would love it if aone picked up this one..you guys do a beautiful job with naruto...so i dunno...lol ..

got any postive feed back about the series or what you think about the new season coming out soon..

and also if anyone would care to translate most of the site ..that would be helpful..like some of the news things..

lol yeah im happy too i've been counting the days till it starts its gonna be so awesome finally we get a lil more of the story because i read somewhere that this new tv series will cover up to vol 10 while the ova's covered like maybe half of that

it's good the only part i don't like is the human characters like sho, mizuki and tetsuro they look weird but the guyver looks awesome as well as the zoanoids the action looks like it's gonna be great as well

it hasn't been subbed yet knives we've just seen the raw but if you've seen the OAV's you can practically understand everything that's going on in episode 1 they just changed a couple of scenes

i loved the guyver since i was little...seen both movies and the 2 volumes released in america anime...glad that

more is being made...but im confused...is it just a remake of the OVA-(stands for old version anime right?) or is

it continueing from the last episode...also are there only 2 raw epi out....

there are only 2 raw episodes out, it's aired weekly on a saturday, it's a remake of the OVA but it will cover more of the manga so we're gonna see a lot of new stuff past where the OVA ended plus it will be more true to the manga meaning certain scenes in the OVA will not be there because almost 50% of the OVA's is stuff they made up so the anime will be more true to the original story and will span over 10 volumes of the manga covered by 24 or 26 episodes

there are 22 volumes of the manga 23 is supposed to be released some time soon, there are 7 volumes in english that you can buy just google it, and there is a scanlation group called Nexgear who've started translating the Guyver manga they released the first 3 chapters

Ova stands for Original video animation.

Which means it never aired on TV...

usually thats true..things that are OVA ..where to be a mini series test trial..and where sometimes aired on television this series was i think kept to dvd..OVA is more or less for animes they don't think will become a huge hit or something like that..

Three raw episodes are out and not a single subbed version in sight. Its not like any other new anime. The name "Guyver" should be enough for people to start subbing it. I dont want to spoil it by watching the raw and not understanding it. My patience is withering though. Just confirmed that the series will be 26 episodes. In the meantime just keeping an eye for the first subbed episode.

I just finished downloading the first "subbed" episode. It has BAD subs/sound/image. And the file is like 200MB!! Never seen such an awful release. Would recommend you guys to wait for a real group to sub this.

This is one of fav. manga back then. So happy to learn from you guys that the TV series is finally out.
Still waiting for the subbed version.......

However, just catch the first two raw eps. Personally, I still like the theme from the OVA, although very 80's.
The bigger surprise for me is in the opening, the bigger version of the Guyver unit, plus those
bad guys, are already "shown"......

Having watched episode 01 by Guyver Fansubs and also episode 01 by Kaos_Drem I feel I can safely say that IMO their is little if any differance in video quality............ Having checked out the subtitles for the same episodes by both authors I have also noted that their is little differance by either in their translations for example:

Guyver Fabsubs: Sho: Sure, I usually have nothing to do.

Kaos_Drem: Sho: Sure why not...
its not like I have anything better to do

So IMO I will download whoever appears to have subbed the episode first...................

On that note another unknown subber (at least to me) has released what appears to be a sub of Guyver episode 04, apparantly this sub by kemuri-_9 is similiar to kaos soft subs, in that it takes the translations from neo-guyver.com and put them into a mkv container. I am currently downloading this .mkv file so I can't yet tell if the quality is at all acceptable, so try this download at your own risk................... I will give an update on the quality as soon as my download completes................

Sorry to double post people, but I thought my last post was probably long enough without further editing it................ Anyways I have been able to download Guyver episode 04 by kemuri-_9, but was hugely disappointed to find that it was a RAW guyver episode; and unsubbed despite what I had been lead to believe from posts read whilst visiting another forum............

So to everyone downloading kem9 or kemuri-_9 torrents be aware that these are attually unsubbed guyver episodes............. They are good quality though, so if you can understand japanese or just want to watch the series without subs, I can reccomend the quality............... Me I guess I'll be waiting for Guyver Fansubs or Kaos_Drem to release more subbed Guyver episodes..............

Edit: Yeah!!!!!! Seems like Guyver Fansubs have released yet another quality subbed episode of the guyver 2005 series for download via bittorrent, thankyou GF's, anyways heres a link for anyone interested.............

really it was very true to the manga sept a few certain scenes but that can be fogiven, but truely this is a great kinda mini series that was ended do to i don't know what..but if you are lucky enough to view it or got the chance to view it , let me know what you thought of this series,
