This series looks bad ass from just the first ep. Its like fma meets blue sub 6 with a littel macross thrown in, without the mecha.
So far, theyve allready hit upon some rather touchy and mature subjects that you dont normaly see in anime, but I wont spoil anything for those who havent seen it, with just the right amounts of typical shonen story elements and humor to balance out the serious moments.
It looks like this is going to be another must have series.

yeah, i've been recommending this series, but when they ask me what this is about, i always tell them i don't know... i got no clue what this series is really about... i simply liked the first episode

and turkish... it hasn't been said that the population that died was because a war, as far as we know it could have been natural causes... maybe an asteroid shifting the poles or something...

all we know is that it was caused by "The Hammer of Eden"... whatever that is...

It seems that this might be 13 episodes long... of course this could be a set number of episodes before it starts to air and see how popular it gets and such... I think this should be 26 episode long... I mean, there's a lot of history and events that can happen from here on, and Teen has to get stronger, that will at least take up about 10 episodes of the series

The animation style is a little old-school, but it seems to fit with the story. I don't know what's up with the main character though. Lavender vest? Still, this looks interesting. I didn't download it at first due too memories of Blue Submarine No. 6 (awful, AWFUL anime), but I'm glad I did. A little too early to know whether the plot will be any good, but what a nice start.

i thought the animation was good except that they overdid the facial expressions. namely, the main character. he's the only one who seems to make those overdone faces. the comedy element seems kinda awkwardly thrown in at times, but the drama element is pretty well-done. i'd stick with this for a while; it looks like it'll turn out really good.

Yeah, episodes 11 and 12 aired on the same week. Arienai has subbed episode 11 and on their irc channel Quark said that for 12 they started timing. I'm not sure when the OAV will come out though.

Hmm... Episode 13? Is it a DVD extra, or something? I thought this ended with episode 12. Well, I suppose there's not choice but to download it, and have a look. Too bad the 13th episode now goes to a different DVD in the archive, but can't be helped...

Edit: Well, it was like a DVD extra. It did continue the story, but didn't actually bring anything new in the sense that you couldn't have just assumed such things to take place after the 12th episode, anyway. So, it was in truth unnecessary lengthening of the show. Still, I suppose it wasn't a bad episode.
