How mutch anime do you watch:

by this i mean 1 eppisode (even the same series count all eppisodes)
, 1 movie and i do not mean hentai, manga and the likes of those.

In one WEEK...(take an average week)


Between 5 - 10 for me, on average but once in a while i watch entire 26 epps series in 2 days.

26 eps in 2 days? And you call youself a fan of anime...

Some simple math:

26 eps * about 25 minutes/eps = about 10 hours. There's no excuse for not finishing an entire series in a single day.

I've marathoned several 26 eps series in a single day each. One weekend I even downed 3 whole series.

Despite those freakish binges, I range anywhere from 5 eps a week to 15, depending on the timing of the releases and if I'm bored enough. I'd stress that even those amounts are a bit high, but no where near as bad as my manga habit (33 volumes of Flame of Recca in 2 days, and I even reread it in the same amount of time, 38 of Ranma in 4, Berserk and Beck each in about 3 days).

And like Ryllharu, I usually try to finish 26-episode series in one day. It depends on what time I start watching it, so if I start in the afternoon one day, I'll finish it the next day. If I start in the morning, I can easily finish it in one day. I can't stand to watch 1 or 2 episodes a day when the entire series is sitting on my hard drive just begging to be watched. 50+ episode series take a bit longer. It took me about 3 or 4 days to finish FMA and Gundam Seed.

Well, lately I haven't been watching that much anime, but this weekend I got some in. I watched 15 maybe couple more anime episodes from saturday night till sunday night. Most of those eps would be GSD, but I've always kept reading manga.

I am currently watching 12 different series. I watch about 6 episodes every morning just before I have to go to work so that makes about 42 episodes a week DAMN IM A FREAK

of course, that's only becuase i'm having exams this time of the years, once they'll be over, the number of episodes will probably double itself..

still, it's nearly not as bad as what was going on a year or two back (at least 10 episodes a day, and that's when I stopped counting), I guess having the only dcent computer in a room which closes up at 22:00 has an effect...

hmm... i think i'm keeping up with about 10 series right now, give or take a couple. but now that it's summer,i have time to get through old-ish series that came out before i started watching regularly. two weeks ago i watched all of hajime no ippo in about 2-2.5 days and FMA took me about a day and a half this past weekend i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif yeah, i'm definitely addicted haha

I'm noticing a correlation between number of posts and ammount of anime per week.

I guess those who watch less anime spend that extra time on GW.
I'm < 5 per week too. I used to be a monster (anime every day after school and whole series on weekends), but now I only watch Naruto and Bleach weekly. Sometimes AMG, and just random eps of old series (revisiting the classics)

Right now none since i dont have my own pc right now.

When i still watched anime i watcted 10-20 eps a week mostly anime that are weekly or biweekly. But sometimes i start watching one of my many finished series that i have burned on dvds. When i start watching a completed anime i watch atleast ten eps of it a day. Im one of those that cant stop when i start watching.

My record is 16 eps in a row which was Kenshin my first completed anime back in 2003.

About 5 or less. Though not to long ago when I got hooked into One Piece, they already had around 187 (counting the crappy HK ones, I couldn't wait) And I downloaded a batch of 10 eps. a day. So you could say I watched around 7 or more One Piece eps. daily. Add that to Naruto and GSD.

5- 10 I like anime........but why should i need more, I meen yea it is cool but if you stay watching to many episodes i think you could get bore and perhaps you can loose that cool fealing about ANIME... so i watch only the necesary =P

I'm in the 30+ category. Aside from all the new releases, i like to go back and re-watch series from time to time.
I define actively watching as d/l every new release as its subbed- like Naruto, Bleach, GSD, speedgrapher, MAR, Tsaba chron, turn a, and a few other as they trickle in.
I'm also catching up on a completing my collections of a few older shows, like ranma, votoms, merrolink (good stuff), etc....
Also compile and watch stateside animation lke family guy, invader zim, futurama, and teet titans. Yes, I said teen titans. its good, go watch it.
I also eat raw sugar and drink pure caffine when the crack wears off....

I guess the amount of anime you watch is according to your life...I usually watch around 5 a week. I would watch more but for the fact that I'm more concerned with school (yep...I still have classes during the summer..*sigh*)

Well currently i'm not watching as much as i'd like. But on a given week 10ish would be good. I voted 10-15. I have done marathons thou. I caught up a friend on Naruto in like ep 50 in 2 days. Also watched all of SEED and started Destiny in like 3 days. All of Noir in 2 days.... it's not common but i've done it and can do it again.

I just got my anime pc back and i'm gonna download all the anime eps i have missed. Shows like Major,Yakitate,Bleach,Gundam Seed Destiny,Basilisk,Trinity Blood,Naruto,Eyeshield 21,Samurai 7,Samurai Champloo,Karas,School Rumble,Prince of Tennis. This week i'm gonna watch 25-35 eps

nice, im about 5-10. I watch Bleach, Naruto, Teen Titans, Justice League, and it varies a lot. But these are the ones i watch always. Sometimes it will boost up when i completed batch torrents.
