Is anyone having problems getting on a server? Whenever I try to get on one, the game just stays on the main screen and nothing happens. I was able to get on a game once though and I must say that this game is cool! My username is NarutoMaster. We should definetly get a GW clan going.

i played Rose online when it came out in januari for a couple of months, made it to the second planet and lvl 89.
but i quit cause there was like nothing left to do. the second planet only had a few areas. with little monsters and 1 quest. ( I finished all quest on the first planet. including the main planet quest )

ok i dled and installed, i also got the update package
after having ran the exe and entered my name, pass and clicked login,
all i get is a screen(splash screen?) with a picture of a woman holding a katana and gun
the cursor is still on screen and i can move the mouse around but i don't see or can't do anything else.
hopefully i can get this to work, it sounds like its a decent game.

That means the server you are trying to use is down. Try server 3, it's by far the most reliable, and if it says the server is full just keep retrying, and you should be able to log in within minutes.

I was having trouble getting the update to work yesterday. Problem is you must downloaded the update yourself from the site as opposed to using the launcher to update for you. I've no problems logging in now.

Ignore the "cannot be accessed" message and put something heavy ( I usually put a bottle of coke ) on your return key and leave the computer for 5-10 minutes. Then you'll be in for sure. The problem is that there are too few servers and too much people.

I think for clan matches, we should set up a game on the Private channel and give it a password (don't want to have non GW members playing). Server 3 seems to be the most reliable one to so we should all head there. As for time...thats up to you guys. I think whoever is in the clan can accept new people into it right? So one of us would have to probably be there. But I'm not too sure about that.

@Pauly: Most of the time, we're on server 3 since thats the most reliable. When you get in to the server, click on Channel and go to Clan. If any of us are on, chances are that we'll be in the clan room so you can drop in (its called GotWoot). I'm thinking about just leaving my GunZ on and stay in the clan room so its always open + I dont have to worry about not getting in i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif.

Actually, I was hoping someone could tell me how it is i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif. But from the screenshots, it does look pretty neat and I checked the forums and they said its going to be free forever. If I get around to downloading and installing it, I'll let you all know how it is. We can get a GW Guild going if the game is really good and alot of us play.

I just tried playing Gates to Heaven and I had no idea what I was doing. I tried to follow the tutorial and I got up to "Ok, click something and you can attack it" but there was nothing to click besides people so I couldn't attack anyone (basically I was stuck). I got annoyed and I just quit. Also, the load times are pretty slow and I could only access 1 server that was really busy. It looks like an alright game but you just have to have the patience to deal with learning how to play it. I'll try it again later and see if I can actually do something. That's it for now.

EDIT: Xollence, I couldn't find the way out of the town i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif. I guess I was just to annoyed to actually take the time to find something to attack. Thanks for the tip though, at least I can move on to the next part of the tutorial...

EDIT 2: Yeah...not my type of game. Everything seems a bit slow and I still had no idea what I was doing. I was just killing random monsters and got this "Knights Quest" thing that I had no idea how to use. Also, the tutorial system didn't really help me, since it just got in my way when I didn't need it, and wasn't there when I did need it. Anyway, it was worth a try, but I'll stick to Gunz for now and maybe try out Rose Online.

They can't download UO anyways, they have to have the CD, then you can get UO Gateway which is a hacked free version of UO instead of paying for it. And as for WoW I can't wait till they start making free servers i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif

my brother can connect fine. And i dropped it anyways. When it finally loaded, The game starts, then a few minutes later, the screen goes complety black...so i just deleted it.
