i found out about this 1 a few days ago, and its a pretty old 1, but it handles almost ne dreamcast game in fullspeed, while the emulater itself is still a fucking 0.25 ALPHA release, damn, well here is a pic of soul calibur in 1280x1024 @ 2x aa and 16xaf ( sc doesnt run full speed for me but it runs fast enough 45-55)

Thanks for not mentioning what emulator you're talking about.

EDIT:

Chankast runs practically nothing in fullspeed. Try playing Rez, half the rendering filters aren't even functional.

lol im very sry, but you wont have alot with the emulator alone, cause you also need the bios files which are hard to come by, i just wanted to see how many peeps are interested in this, then ill up my folder for you guys.... hows that i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif

edit:
just check the compatibilty list

link (http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?t=20609)

and you'll c how many are perfectly working
and remember that this is emulating, your pc needs to be beefy, im running on 3.4ghz

I have the BIOS. Chankast is a beta and it shows. It's not very good, and will probably never be completed, which is depressing.

who?? peeps that dont have a dreamcast, or have a powerfull pc, to play your games in 1280x1024 @ 4x aa 16xaf and progressive scan, instead of the ugly 480i ( 640x480 no aa interlaced ) resolution, now shut up and leave

Iam just saying dreamcast dont cost shit and, it already play alot of stuff without converting it.
If you need a chip then that dont cost shit either.
and you wont have to bother with fake pc controller pads instead od the keyboard.

I just dont see why anyone would bother with dreamcast emu

ps2 i get but xbox is also very easy.

1.i have a very good thrustmaster gamepad
2.i have a dreamcast
3.i have a high end pc
4.it looks better
5.it saves money doesnt it?
6.the ps2 emu doesnt even run at 20% speed
7.xbox emulation wont happen in a long time, without it running games at 1fps

What i mean about Xbox is get a bigger HDD
then some nice software and let the download begin.
Playable games direct to xbox harddrive

you'll need an already burned dc game, or the iso, if you have a iso, mount it with either daemon tools or alcohol, i think that you'll need d-tools 3.29 for doa2 le
