Welcome to the forums. You need to make better subject lines, as "Help !!!!" isn't going to grab many people's attention.
You also need a bittorrent client. The torrent file is just metadata, telling the client where to find the data and describing what it'll look like. You might notice that the torrent itself is very small (less than half a meg). A video file is typically fairly large (like in the neighborhood of 175 megs). This would be a good tipoff that you didn't download the video file itself yet.

Several popular bittorrent clients include Azureus and BitTornado. Google work is left as an exercise to the reader.

download bittornado.
install bittornado.
bittornado should take over the .torrent file association.
Re-download the .torrent file and bittornado should automatically open it and ask you where to save it.
Tell it where to save it.
Wait a while.
Meanwhile, read http://dessent.net/btfaq/ -- the first link I found googling "bittorrent faq". It explains a lot about it. De-n00bify yourself.

You can download xvid, divx, and ffdshow (google them to find) or you can download VLC player to watch without downloading the codecs. I recomend you do both though. also if you need links this thread on gotwoot has them....

http://forums.gotwoot.net/mess...4084&enterthread=y (http://forums.gotwoot.net/messageview.cfm?catid=26&threadid=14084&enterthrea d=y)

Edit: download files, double or single click on them to open and run them (this installs them on your computer)
then all you have to do is use vlc to open the anime files you have downloaded with your torrent program.

They're executables. You run them. Then you open the video files using a video player, such as windows media player.
