First, wrong section for this topic. Second, look here (http://forums.gotwoot.net/messageview.cfm?catid=20&threadid=12081&highlight_ key=y&keyword1=fansub) for a basic gist of how fansubbing works. Third, these people have LIVES (like you and me) so they try to fansub (which is a free service) in their spare time. So to answer your question, it depends on how much free time they have to work on the whole fansubbing process and release the episode. Hope I could help.
