Question about the "Donate" function on the Gotwoot site

Hey guys. I have an assignment from school. I have to make a website for a finctional company that's kinda like Greenpeace and such. I have to implemend a online paying function in the site and noticed the Paypal option that is used on the Gotwoot site. Can anyone tell me how to use this in my site? I assume I have to make a Paypal account for it, and then what?
