In episode 131, Itachi tells Sasuke to go to the naka-something temple and look under the 7th tatami mat from the right side to find out the true meaning behind the uchiha clan or something of that nature. Does the manga ever tell you what it is?

It's not logical to ask if the manga has something in a no-manga zone, and especially make a thread out of it.
